Since completing a BA Hons Degree in Professional Media in 2001 Carla has worked with many clients on a wide variety of creative print and digital projects, including national magazines, illustration, corporate identities, personal brand development, book design, email marketing, social media marketing, wine and beer label design and packaging. 

Carla's first job out of college at Fellows Media in Cheltenham gave her invaluable experience and a love of working within the fast-paced world of national magazines - a skill she then developed whilst working in London for the multinational publishing company Hachette Filipacchi. In 2007, after taking a short travel break, Carla decided to try the world of freelance and has been working with clients ever since. In 2015 she formed Draper Media alongside her husband Teddy as a way of combining their creative skills.
