The Triple Tonic workout offers clients of all abilities the powerful combination of creative outdoor workouts in the beautiful Cotswolds countryside with Teddy Draper.
Teddy is a Level 3 qualified personal trainer, trained listener (Level 2 CPCAB Certificate in Counselling Skills) and national broadcaster best known for presenting on Sky Sports News for the past 11 years.

Whether it's testing your jumping skills onto or pattering through agility ladders, exercise is incredibly good for our bodies and minds, reducing our risk of suffering a whole raft of diseases including cancer. The Triple Tonic workouts are designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness, agility, speed and cognitive functioning.
Being in daylight is huge for our physical and mental health and helps dial in our circadian cycle, which enhances our chances of good sleep... and sleep is fundamental to health and fitness. The Triple Tonic workouts take place outdoors in nature - surrounded by the glorious Cotswold countryside.
Teddy makes sure the sessions are enjoyable and revolved around quality conversation and advice for his clients with the the option of post-session chat (Teddy brings the refreshments!). Social connection bolsters our mind, reducing risk of depression and anxiety, and is also associated strongly with physical health and longevity.
One-hour bespoke workouts for all levels of fitness and ability and tailored to the client’s preferences. Sessions consist of a 10-minute warm-up followed by a 40-minute creative fresh-air workout, then a 10-minute cool down. To round it off, the option of a 10 minute post-workout chat with Teddy (complimentary soft drink included).
Up to three clients allowed per session.
Cost: £390 for block of six 1-1 sessions • £660 for a block of six 2-1 sessions • £810 for a block of six 3-1 sessions.
Sessions to be booked in blocks of six and paid for at time of booking.
Please give a minimum of 48 hours notice if you cannot attend your scheduled workout otherwise we may not be able to rearrange a time for that particular session.
The hour-long session features a walk up the hills overlooking Cheltenham followed by a creative fresh-air workout with spectacular views, surrounded by nature. To round it off, the option of a 10 minute post-workout chat with Teddy (complimentary soft drink included). Level of workout matched with your goals and current fitness level.

This option may appeal to people who aren't regular exercisers, but want to get moving and feel better while having a relaxed chat with Teddy, who is a trained listener and is engaged in further counselling education. The hour-long stroll will be designed and paced to match your fitness levels and goals e.g. it could be a slow amble on the flat or a brisk hike up a hill. Walking has been proven to be hugely beneficial to physical and mental health. You can talk about whatever you like - sport, lifestyle stuff or anything that's on your mind. There is then the option of a 10-minute post walk soft drink and reflection with Teddy (he'll bring the drink!).
