• Teddy holds a Sports Science degree from Loughborough University and is a Qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer.
• Teddy has maintained a high level of health and fitness into his 40s around a high-pressured job as a sports broadcaster on live TV, working antisocial hours and being a committed dad.
• Teddy has hosted hundreds of hours of health and wellbeing podcasts and events, learning from rafts of expert PTs, doctors, nutritionists, and other health pros.
• Teddy is stronger than when he was playing semi-professional football in his early 20s and is confident he can coach you to hit new physical heights – without savage, time-consuming workouts or drastic low-calorie diets.
• Training with Teddy is open to everyone over the age of 16. Teddy's main focus is working with busy men, roughly aged 30-55 (because he is one of them!) who are keen to get fit and strong and maybe lose some body fat, but don’t have time for two-hour workouts, three times a week.
• Anyone who wants to feel healthier and more energised, but doesn't have time to collate nutrition and lifestyle tactics.
• People with multiple responsibilities – for example work, parenthood etc.
• Gym members & non-members as Teddy can devise effective home workout plans to develop strength and fitness.
